The schedule is as follows:

08:00-09:00 Pack-up and turn in keys
09:00-10:00 Field based portfolios
10:00-11:00 Research/Wrap-up
11:00-11:30 pictures
11:30-12:15 Group meeting
12:15-01:00 lunch (optional)
